Проблема с установкой форума

Добрый день.

Прошу помочь в такой ситуации:
устанавливаю smf_2-0-rc1 на локальную машину c:
PHP 5.2.9;
mySQL 5.1;
apache 2.2.11.

так вот проблема в следудющем, только за ранее прошу не пинать, я только начинаю учиться всему этому...
так вот при установке, после этапа создания учетной записи, т.е. когда заполнил все поля, и нажал на кнопку "продолжить" процесс установки падает с ошибкой в окне браузера:

при этом учетная запись создается, форум работоспособный, на первый взгляд... но как я понял не удалаются файлы установки и настройки форума (понял я это из унструкции по установке)
подскажите с чем это связанно? как исправить?

да без проблем... правда я уже как то сомневаюсь в нормальности дистрибутива...
решил настроить папки куда будут выкладываться файлы а он говорит что нет какого-то файла...

скачивал последний... 2 раза... результат один и тот же... переставлял все (php,mysql,apach)... безрезультатно
поставил все заного на чистую винду... все тоже самое...

развернул smf_1-1-8, встал без проблем, все работает...
но хочется то что нибудь новенькое...
так что тема пока не закрыта... жду предложений по теме...

Итак...
установил я все таки SMF20, но вот только почему так получилось не знаю 

что сделал:
1-поднял FTP на машинке
2-распоковал дистрибутив форума, добавил русский язык UTF-8, потом обратно поменял папку c темами на оригинальную из дистрибутива...

и так вопрос - так что же все таки мешало нормальной установке, я склоняюсь к FTP, но как то сомневаюсь в этом...

зачем форуму FTP??? если именно это стало проблемой установки?
