Вот что пишет когда я питаюсь инсталировать движок. И никаких файлов в папке язиков Росии нет, а так-же папки russian с изображениями.

Где их взять?

Попробуй заново скачать инсталляционный пакет (может, не ту версию скачал)? По-крайней мере английские языковые файлы точно должны присутствовать (распакуй и проверь папку /Themes/default/languages/). Туда же распакуй русские языковые файлы.
